Service Features
Service Includes ONE of the Following:
1. Connection and initial setup of one (1) computer system (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers).
Computer setup involves: Wire management using cable ties when needed; initial computer setup on first startup; installation of 1 hardware (hard drive, optical drive, internal card, MP3 player, scanner, printer, etc.) and 1 software.
The Agent will also:
Configure existing Internet access and single existing email account
Remove any unwanted applications, install updates and apply AgentTweaks; add the computer to an existing wireless network; test computer for proper functionality.
2. Initial setup of one (1) tablet or mobile device.
Tablet/mobile device setup involves: Initial device setup on first startup; add device to an existing wireless network
Aid in setup of app store account and installation of up to 2 apps of your choice (additional charges may apply based on app chosen).
The Agent will also: Adjust system and power settings for optimal performance; activate pay-as-you-go cellular account, if applicable.
3. Initial setup and connection of one (1) networkable device
(e.g., NAS/network-attached storage drive, Blu-ray player, Apple TVĀ®, etc.).
Networkable device setup involves: Physical connection of the device to a display, if applicable; initial device setup on first startup; add device to an existing wireless network; confirm network functionality.
4. Diagnose software/hardware issues on one (1) of the above device types.
Note:
Service does not include moving or removing an existing computer system; virus and spyware removal or hardware repairs; or setup of a new wireless network.

You'll receive an email with a redemption code and instructions for scheduling your service. This email usually arrives within 15 minutes.
Services have a 30-day labor warranty, but are not returnable after the services have been performed.
